SILK SCARF WATER MARBLING HAND PAINTED – A MASTERPIECE COMING OUT OF THE WATER
The art of Ang May – Thuy An Hoa (Water Marbling Techniques abbreviated to WMT) sounds very strange but is actually one of the world’s oldest art experts. WMT is a method of designing patterns on the surface of water to create works with textures similar to smooth marble using watercolors with brushes. The artist uses brushes to drop colors into the liquid and move gently to create drawings that spread like smoke. Patterns will be created when the ink color floats to the surface of the water.
After much passionate exploration, Craft Village Artist SenSilk harmoniously combines WMT with the technique of drawing on Silk to create unique works of art!
In particular, the towels used for water mark are 100% premium silk from Bao Loc Silk – a place known as the “Mulberry capital of Vietnam”.
The highlight of the SenSilk WMT is also in the box made from Bamboo. The exquisitely designed box creates a rustic and environmentally friendly Asian craft village art product.
Let’s admire and choose extremely meaningful gifts from SenSilk’s unique works of art!
